maybe they just use the wrong email add... or you have not verify your email add

i have the same problem before... but i receive some notification that my message was not sent... even if it is really sent.. but its already fixed..

Actually it has happened after we have emailed back and forth several time and then all of the sudden she won't get a response that I sent. It's strange.
