Can we make mail folder ?

I love the way hotmail works, we can save our old email in specific folder. Can gmail do the same thing ?

i think its called label... it works like folder... gmail folder

You know how to create a label, no? When you have an email focused (like, say, opened or clicked) and choose More Actions, and at the bottom choose New Label, then make up a new label for that email. Then you can sort through all yer emails and use More Actions to label each related one with that label, and like that...I organized all mine that way, and then Archived them, so when I look at All Mail I see in effect a bunch of "folders". Similar, you might say.
