I've deleted one email account but im still receiving emails

Hi all

Really sorry to be a noob!

I've deleted a work email account so i can seperate work from play a bit more

So now my personal email should come through gmail (which they do)
And my work ones should come through outlook 2007 (which they do...but they are still going to gmail to even though the account and all filters are deleted)

I've disabled pop so i dont know what else to do

Thank you for your reply,

I deleted the file as in the info but i;ve tried a test email from my wifes account and its still sending to both gmail and outlook! :/

ya..
i think,Gmail has been "beta".so,It was many errors.and then some of the Microsoft products have so flaws also Outlook too.when we add this 2products.,we will see troubles less or more.
I think,when Google was to release client mail programs.,this problems will be fix.
