Google accounts locked up!! help!!!!

Hi
I am Justin from India..
I have logged off my gmail account two days back..
yesterday as I was trying to log in.. it says Password doesn't match..
I am pretty sure I have not changed anything..
my orkut/picassa everything is blocked..
my gmail has over 1300 mails and lot of them contains important data...
I am so worried...
I don't remember my secondary email I have provided..
they say I have to wait for 5 days and answer a security question then.. not sure of that too..
have you guys faced anything like this??
how can an account get shut down like this??? you think someone hacked into my account and changed all these??
Pls advice and help if you can..
I will be doomed if I loose all my mails..
Google teams has just readymade FAQs not seemed to be bothered with all these troubles we are facing....

Why has my Gmail account been locked?

4. Leaving multiple instances of your Gmail account open.
5. Browser-related issues. Please note that if you find your browser continually reloading while attempting to access your Inbox, it's probably a browser issue, and it may be necessary to clear your browser's cache and cookies.

accouts locked out.

2.Gf/Bf,friends and family
3.other testing..

Still no news from Google... it's over 24 hrs..
When they offered single 'username & Password' log in to all associated services we all thought it is going to be very easy and the best thing to happen to us..
But this bloody thing locked all of them in one go!!
my 100s of pictures, Orkut contacts, over 1200 mails which contains some critical data about my business and the contacts in it...
They are not even bothered to respond to this crisis...
I think we need to rethink about using this bloody thing in future...

Itz actually not their mistake for not responding...we userz forget the importance of our sensitive information and loose it as easily...and their encryption is of very high standardsd that even they can't retrieve the original passwd.....
