Google deleted my account without warning!

I made a new account for my wife and set my old ISP account to forward all of its mail to the new Gmail account. She started using it a few days ago and let all her friends know the new Gmail address.

This morning she went to log in and got a message that her account has been disabled....

When I send an e-mail to her account it bounces back with...

Why would Google just delete the account without warning?

Is all of her e-mail gone from the last few days?

Will they restore it?

What recourse do we have?

As far as we know we have not done anything wrong other than have the e-mail forwarded from another ISP and the fact that this is her second Gmail account (she had another one two years ago).

Please help!
