Gmail:Hide Details

I can't remember when Details were shown in my Gmail. I used to have it hidden all the time unless I click it to show them.
It's really bothering me cuz I have to click "hide details" every time I open an email.Mails sent to me are usually Carbon-Copied to many other people and it's really a long part hovering above the body of the mail.
Who could help me to make the details automatically hidden? I searched the settings but found no relative functions or the like of it.

Hmm, I haven't heard of that before. Details are hidden by default for me. Do you have any plugins installed?

Have you tried accessing your account from another computer? That way you can determine whether it's your computer's settings, or your Gmail account settings.

Let's see if anyone else knows...

Ha.... I found the problem. It's the "Better Gmail 2.0" in my Firefox, I ticked "Show Message Details". Now everything's back to normal when I unticked it.
