gmail: pdf to html

Hello, I'm thinking of developing a project with google calendar API but it needs a pdf to html converter. All I've found was a Linux tool named "pdftohtml" but it isn't as powerful as google. I've tried the built in tool of gmail to view pdf as html and that's exactly what i need, but in command line mode or trough and API.

So, can you help me? Thanks in advance.
