GMail / Thunderbird - only a slight problem.

Hi guys,

First post, so will start by saying a quick hello!

I have recently grabbed an @googlemail.com account and am using Thunderbird for a client.

Have done the usual and set it all up using the necessary ports advised and am using pop.googlemail.com and smtp.googlemail.com. Everything sends and receives fine but, when I try to send an email to myself (often do this when I want to test if its working, or if I just need to remind myself of something really quickly), it doesn't come through in Thunderbird. Really strange, as when I send one to myself through the usual Googlemail webmail, it works fine!

Sorry if this seems a tad silly / pedantic, but thought I'd ask.
