How to embed a picture/gif in the body of message while composing in Gmail?

1. Go the Settings in the Gmail.
2. Click Select a picture under My picture:.
3. Use the Browse... button to select the desired image.
4. Click Upload picture
5. Click Crop picture and you want to what size desire
7. Now click Save Changes at the bottom of the screen.
