Lockdown in Sector 4

I use my gmail account for my Yahoo Groups. I have this problem everyday with being locked out with the message Lockdown in Sector 4. I have emailed gmail just like it say's in the error message. I alway's get the same reply about unusual activity in the account and they have disabled it for MY protection. I do understand that this is some sort of spam prevention tool that comes with gmail. What I don't understand is why after 4 or 5 day's of waiting for the ban to be lifted from my account I will get maybe 3 to 5 emails in my account and then it starts this error all over again.

What I would like to know is if anyone else has had this problem and what they did to stop it from happening. I am completely stumped here and especially since I get no feedback at all from gmail ANY info would be appreciated. Thank you for your time.

Yes, the new Gmail is horrible. I was awaiting confirmation of a trip in Europe, as I've trusted Google with my e-mails now, and they locked me out. I don't have a clue why either. I don't have any groups posts going to gmail. They really seem to have a "We don't care about you becuase we are so great" attitude. I plan on dumping them now because I can't use a service so unreliable.
