Gmail and Macs
I'm new to Gmail and have used Apple(not.MAC)mail for several years. No problem except that these new Mega Byte messages plug up the system and I stop receiving mail almost everyday. So Gmail offers a great solution with 6M plus of storage. HOWEVER- I don't appreciate anyone keeping tabs on my browsing (Gmail's WEB History requirement ). In fact, I think it is illegal
Question: If I activate Safaries "Private Browsing" option, does it stop Gmail from SNOOPING. Seemed to work OK for a short test. But after successfully setting up my Gmail accountand then "Signing Out", I could not log back in to Gmail until I had disabled this Safari feature. Some of you ACLU types need to look into this. And as for you Google Geeks - I'd be ashamed. |
