Gmail's spam protection

Wow, either its a person that watches the spam or something because it does a really good job blocking the gargage, i have an old account fowarding to it and it does a swell job blocking the spam stuff.

How about you, do you guys have any problems with the spam blocker, do you think its the best of the best?

I've received a few pieces of spam. The filter, however, only blocked one of them.

so far i've been too scared to give my email to people, because im afraid of spam, my last email (at yahoo) would recieve over 400

spam mails an hour, so far i have got one spam and it was sent right to the spam box

well i never get any spam sent to my gmail account, its mainly the the old email account that is fowared to it, but its all good.

So far I had only one piece of spam delivered to my gmail account and one false positives caught in the spam section. Overall, I just got one piece of spam total!

Well its great to know how well gmails spam protection works, i hope it stays good for a long time!

i hav e not recevied any spam. ofcourse my gmail account has not yet been released public.

I think gmail has a pretty good spam protection
I never get any span with my gamil account.

actually hotmail's spam filter is ok too
they may be 1 or 2 email that go through the filter occassionally, but that's ok.

I've signed up in a few things with my new gmail account, but no spam has passed through the filter yet.
