Forward Gmails aut. to several people

We are 5 people using the same Gmail acount.
We also each one have or own mail account. Some gmail and some others.

But is it possible to AUT. forward new messages from or common gmail to all 5 private mail adresses?

At the moment or common gmail is set up to forward all new mails to my private mail. but the 4 others also want's to see the new mail in there private mails.
But I can only set one mail adress in the forward section???

Any solution to that?

second question: Where do i put in a signature, that aut. comes with all posts i write in here?

I'm danish. Sorry for my sometimes bad english writing/spelling and understanding.

Yes, you don't use forwarding, you use a filter. Disable forwarding and then start a new filter. Your search criteria will be the to address that you are forwarding. On the next page select forward and put in your first address.

You can only forward one message per filter so set up 4 more filters for your other addresses.

I have done this:

new filter
put 1@gmail.com into the TO field.
Nothing in from and subject.

NEXT

I mark only the field where to put the mail adress i will forward to.
lets call it 2@gmail.com
I finish the filter and i can see that's there.

So all mails send to 1@gmail.com should also be sent to 2@gmail.com???

It's just not working ??

If your filter search criteria is the To address and on the next page you selected forward and entered your correct address the filter should work just fine. I use it on my account.

Thanks for answering...

Hmm..thats it. But not working..

maybe it's just a little thing. I try again just to be sure.

I log on to my own 1@gmail.com.
I go to settings and filter.
Create new filter
I get 5 choices
From,to,subject,contains words or not.

I fill out the TO boks with 1@gmail.com
click next

in next picture I have 5 choices.
I only mark the forward to boks and fill in the mail adress 2@gmail.com

click make filter and i can now see the filter is there.

So... this should forward all mails send to 1@gmail.com to 2@gmail.com
Right???

Yes it does. You can find this information in the Gmail help section. Go there and read what that has to say and make sure that all of your ducks are in a row.

I have mine set up just as you describe and mine works flawlessly.
