Merging Two GMail Accounts - Page 2

I don't think you can merge two email account or copied directly the content of the other mail.

Yes, you can copy one set of emails from one Gmail account to another using a desktop email client and IMAP. I have done it for myself twice. The only thing that you have to make certain of is that you download the actual message bodies or you will only be copying over hearders.

Does Sent mail get copied over as Sent mail?

It lands in all mail as far as I know. I'll confess that I have never gone looking for sent mail from any account that I have moved.
