Gmail problem

It seems that Gmail lost my email from time to time, not always.

1, Our customers said they had sent email to us, and we did not answer them, but we did not get the email.

2, I have paypal account, when i get payment, Paypal will send a notification email to us, but we lost some notification emails from time to time now.

Do anyone has the same problem? i do not know how to contact gmail team.
