Better than Gmail?

I have been using Gmail for the longest time and I personally think this is the best free e-mail service provider available, but I recently discovered this free e-mail service that may possibly take away Gmail's crown. Let me know what you think about this e-mail service, check it out here:

GMX - Free E-Mail - Webmail & POP3, IMAP

so nice mail.
but.,some mails services are said they are more better than Gmail.
At last.,they was lost.,some mail are not stable at the first beta period.
e.g goowy.com/mail is good design and best security.,but not stable at yet.
Gmail have 4years old.,is the best only still.,i think.

I've had an account with them for a while now. It isn't as great as it seems IMHO. There is no threaded view, their IMAP support is terrible and their SPAM filter isn't even close.

To me, it is Yahoo Mail or Hotmail with free POP or IMAP-ish access. Nothing special. YMMV.

Thanks for the info but for me Gmail and Yahoo is still the best email service provider.

I have been using Yahoo! mail for a long time, but after Gmail, I forgot to login in other email. Gmail is really a simple and powerful free email service.

Actually, GMX looks pretty solid from using it thus far.

Solid? That depends on your usage. In just the last month GMX finally got keyboard shortcuts, the simple ability to delete more than one message at a time and of all things spell check.

IMAP is still awful.

I think any email service would struggle to match Google's spam filtering ability.
