Replying to multiple messages
Hey Guys, I'm the founder of a club at my university and I've used Gmail to collect replies of interested potential members. The problem is that I've gotten about 120 replies in 2 weeks and I need to reply to them/add them to a mailing list.
Is there anything I can do besides replying to everyone individually? Thanks for the help! Michael |

You'll have to do some lifting, but you need not reply or copy and paste. Open the message, click the down arrow next to reply and then add contact. Move on to the next one. From there you can create the group.
The easier way would have been to do this as the messages came in, then archive the messages under a tag like "club applicants" or something. This way won't be that big of a deal for 100 address. Shouldn't take more than 15 or 30 minutes. |
