Unable to access my account, or reset my password.

Yesterday I tried to log into my Gmail account, only to be presented with the message "Username and password do not match." So I proceeded to password recovery and tried to reset my password. Unfortunately an email wasn't sent to what I thought was my secondary email address, so I followed Google's instructions and waited 24 hours.

I came on today to attempt to reset my password with the security question. Unfortunately the security question I am given is "hellu303 owned you?", which most definitely isn't the question I provided, and therefore I can't answer it.

I can only surmise that my account has been compromised somehow, and my secondary email address and security question changed. Unfortunately Google support is less than helpful, and I end up going round in circles to this page, and the only help I get along the way is to try and reset my password through the methods I've already tried, that is, by answering my security question, which I can't answer because it's not my security question.

I have no way to email Google from my other email address, I even tried to phone Google's London office (I live in the UK), and the only way I can talk to an actual person is if I know the extension of the person I want to contact, which I clearly don't. I'm on the verge of emailing Ad-Sense with my problem and asking them to put me in touch with someone who can actually help me.

In any case, you can see I'm in a bit of a mess. I use my Gmail account for all of my email, and losing it is a huge inconvenience for me. I need this account back, or at least disabled to prevent anyone who may have hacked into it from using it.

If anyone can help me with this problem, or even put me in touch with anyone who can, I would be most grateful.
