Sent messages going into my Outlook

Hello all,

I'm gmail user since some time and I've enabled the pop protocol to send/receive with my gmail address from my Outlook. All works smoothly.

My problem is the following. When I send an email from gmail (not from Outlook, directly from Gmail), the sent message is downloaded in my Outlook.

I would like to know if there is anyway to prevent that ? I know that with yahoo mail for example, such thing don't happen. When you download your mails, only what is in your INBOX is downloaded.

I dont think you can stop this although im not sure try checking the gmail settings

Right now, it's not possible. Try sending a suggestion to Google about it.

How can I do it. I've tried to get in touch but did managed to find any form or email address.

To mail google about gmail click help and in the left hand side of the window click contact us then in the new screen either click suggest a feature or Get help with a technical issue
write about the problem then click send and the message will get sent straight to google
