Timestamp and conversation

Hello,

I was hoping I could find the information I wanted using search or Google, but could not.

I would like to have a time stamp that includes the time (including days other than today) like Outlook. Like 2/7/2009 12:34PM instead of Feb 7. I like to be able to see these things at a glance so a whole page showing yesterday's date without proper timestamps doesn't allow me to prioritize well.

Also, is there a way to disable conversation mode? I would like every single email to show individually and not grouped together.
