¿Read notification?
Does anyone know if is there a way of asking for one on e-mails we send through Gmail and deciding whether we send a one or not when someone asks for read notification of an e-mail they sent to our Gmail address?
As always, thank you guys. |

Email Receipts
Aside from the recipt request that can be implemented in most mail clients, there are also client add-ons available, that add a 'tag' to an HTML email that the recipient can just click on.
one example is http://www.msgtag.com/Email_Receipt_.html (An example. I have no affiliation with the site, or software.) Note that the freeware version of this, and similar programs, is a 'lite' version of software that is popular with spammers. But in that version, the HTML tag that notifies the sender that the post has been opened is hidden. They use this to verify valid addresses. The 'friendly' version is clearly marked, and the decision is up to the recipient. |
