Can I sort emails by size?

I receive short home movies from my wife of my kids. It's possible that I will someday run out of space in gmail and need to clean up. In order to do that, I will want to know which of my emails are taking up significant space. Is there a way to do that?

Erm ... I dont think you can sort by size in GMail at the moment. But if your wife is sending the messages, then you could just search for her email address, if you only want to sort the films.

thanks, but...

I appreciate the replies, but actually my wife's emails are the one I will want to save (home movies will only become more precious as time goes by), and I do already label those. I'm more interested in knowing the size of the *other*, less important emails, which I don't label...
Thanks anyway...

as far as we know the size is only given in top left hand corner as we open the mail.. but we cannot sort them by size.. think its a good idea for gmail to launch it soon...

Somewhat related:

I've always known that if I ever had to delete my largest emails to free up space, I would do an advanced search with no criteria other than the "has an attachment" box checked. But I don't have problems with space on Gmail.

ya.. why worry when have 2.7gb of space...
im sure it'l atleast take 6years for us to reach that... by that time gmail would have increased it virtual capacity by some mor gigs
wallpad, what is the most biggest email you received?
gmail allows only 10mb atts... so why do you worry?
