Gmail Security
Me and my friends frequently have "conversations" by replying to all in an email thread. However, on more than one occasion, when my friend claims to have emailed from his account, it comes up as being from mine!
He claims that this is just a fault with Google and a 'bug' somewhere (he's an IT consultant). Could this be true, or is he just accessing my gmail account and forgetting that he's logged in as me and not himself!? In addition, the "latest account activity" shows a mobile accessing my account, when i know the only place it should be logged on is the PC i am using it from - not a mobile. These two issues may not be related, but could either be a 'bug'? Thoughts appreciated |
