reached a limit for sending mail

I kept on getting a error on gmail when I try to send a email.

I click on learn more and then it redirect me to this page: Sending limits - Gmail Help

But this page doesnt help me at all.

please help me

how much size did you send ?
Gmail Sending policy have some limits about spamming...
if you need to more send.,pls..,use by file send sites.e.g yousendit.com

The size of the text I want to send is 4.00 KB and I had attached 2 files. Both of the images zise is lower the 100 k.

I never spamed before because I hate it when people spam.

I have 1 draft message, 2 sent mail and only 24 emails in my inbox so it cant be that i had reach my limit.

Are you sending it SMTP or via web interface?

Via web interface but I dont think that will be the problem.

On the bottom of my gmail there stands "You are currently using 0 MB (0%) of your 7352 MB" so it cant be that i'm using to much space.
