Filter some messages away but not all

I get some mails from a site xxx.dk

I would like to get all taht has the same subject, so therefore i have done this in subject:

-i want this

But the rest i don't want.

The problem is that the mails ar e coming from diff. @adresses
But they are always called:

from XXX.dk <somethingthatchanges@somethingthatchanges.com>

So... how do I get the filter to read on XXX.dk and not <somethingthatchanges@somethingthatchanges.com>
in the from field?

How can i in filter > from field make sure that all mails from
noreply@xxx.dk is filtered away.... ?

also noreply1@xxx.dk, and all other numbers they could put in.

or maybe bether filter away all mails from @xxx.dk whatever is in front of @

I would like to filter away all mails from noreply@dba.dk and noreply1@dba.dk and all other noreplyX@dba.dk and the adress mailer@emailserver3.com

But I would like to not filter mails from this adresses that have the following subjects:

vedr. din annonce på
Resultat af din AnnonceAgent
Sælger har svaret
accepteret

So I have made a filter that says:

In from field: noreply1@dba.dk OR noreply@dba.dk OR mailer@emailserver3.com

And in subject field: -vedr. din annonce på OR -Resultat af din AnnonceAgent OR -Sælger har svaret OR -accepteret

But it's not working....
