Can't log in on GMailerXP - desperately need help

Hi

I use GMailerXP (on Windows ME (that might be the problem)) and cannot log in. It says "Login failed". Can anyone help - the login details are correct and I have tried using [email]example@gmail.com[/url] and just example.

Are you sure that you have cookies enabled? Try checking, and, I doubt that you OS is the problem with logging into a website...

Its not online its an application and i have cookies enabled.

Umm, has this ever worked? I can't imagine how, on ME, if it's a program for XP.

I am deffinatelly thinking that the fact that you are using an XP program on ME could possibly be the problem...
Although I can't be for sure I think that is probably the most likely answer...

Still having problems but I decided that I'll just login normally from now on - too much effort trying to get it to work.
