Yes but the least that Google could do would be send out an all-user email explaining what happened and why so we know what's going on, right now I am really disappointed with Google and I think that everyone who is in the same boat as me and that other guy would appreciate it a lot.

Well, I don't rely on betas to store highly important stuff. Google is known for taking a long time to reply to various things that you send to them. Give it time, they'll reply in a few weeks.

What did they say when you emailed support (I assume you have already). "Beta" shouldn't mean you ingore users, but you value users, shouldn't it?

No, Beta means there are bugs in it. It doesn't mean they have to respect you.

Try using a mail sofware.
Its easy and instruct it to keep the mails to your computer.
So, you won't lose any e-mails.
Or contact Google.
