There should be something like e-Gold.
They make sure that you come for the same ip.
If you don't come to your same ip they will send an e-mail that contains an activation code to change the IP in record. But if for google, it will be alt e-mail.
That will make it.

Yeah it could help Prathab it's an interseting idea you should tell Google!

They could add it to Gmail!

i have sent lots of my opinions to gmail and they have never sent an email back to me

actually they wouldnt.. they will be receiving 1000s of suggestion per day. even considering an email is doubtful. but often they use ideas from forums like GC.
