I haven't tried this, but I believe you can do this.

1. Create a Filter
2. Set From: testdrive @ insiderwebsite.com (without spaces)
3. Test Search to make sure it's all the right emails you don't want to see.
4. Next -> Move it to the Trash -> Create Filter

That should make all emails from that address go straight to the trash.

mondine is an unknown quantity at this point
You need to create a filter or two.
You can filter on the basis of a few different things. In the case of a mailing list, you could probably just enter the name of the sender.
Sometimes this doesn't work for spam, as they change the 'from' address, so pick some element in the subject line that is common to them all, but wouldn't show up in 'regular' mail, like maybe "free car".
Then set your filter to bypass the Inbox, and go directly to "Deleted Items".

It may take a little fine tuning, but you shouldn't have to see these again.
Look through the options, and tweak as necessary.

(ps. If someone is spamming you, don't use their unsubscribe link. In most cases,
this is just confirming a working address for the spammer, and will increase the garbage you get.)
