Adwords account and general advertising needed

I need someone to set up an adwords account for me and to run a general advertising campaign using text links and banner ads, etc. I can pay by paypal. Please private message me or email sales()orasuretests.com

Sounds a bit fishy to me; why can't you just set up the AdWords account yourself?

You can use debit cards, or Bank Transfer to advertise with AdWords.
