Like here on GC we can see a Google Ad right at the end of every post, how can I put the same way in my forum? I mean in which file do I need to put the code?

It depends on the forum template you're using. If you're using SubSilver, the link in the post above should be fine. If not, you'll need to change it to suit your template.

I use phpbb forum software and Alexis Orange forum template.

Now any suggestion?

It's essentially the same for any template. Just make sure you use that template's postrow code so that it's consistent with the other posts.
