Recieving Google payment

Im aving my first time around with G!adsense....iv only been on it a few weeks and i think things arent bad. however, im confused about recieving the payment, since i reside in Nigeria. can someone please give out some information about recieving the payment?

From what I've heard, people from all over the world are using Adsense and getting paid, so your living in Nigeria shouldn't pose a problem. If you just want to be sure, drop a line to Google, tell them that you're in Nigeria, and whatthe currency is, and I'm sure you'll be ok.

I'm sure one of the experts around here will come along and confirm this.

Thanks for the reply Anita. The problem is not actually about the currency. The question i guess should bewhat is the payment like? I'v been seeing something about cheques but then talking cheques, is it one cashable anywhere?

kehers, I think this is why you should contact Google. From what I hear, they do pay in checks, but it may cost you to get it changed over. Google may have a way to deposit it into your checking account, or some other way that they can help with your problem.

You can also get paid by bank transfer, as far as I'm aware.

that ain't mentioned anywhere on the adsense site..
but if I understood well, if you agree with deducting $24 for the "shipping", a courier will bring the cash, even to your door.
