Google vs other Ad sys

Just want to be sure it's not against the G!adsense TOS to av a anotherad systedm (say a contexual ad)in the same page with a google ad. What about having Google adsens[b]es/[b] from more than one publisher on the same page?

You are not allowed to have other contextual ads on your website:

I'm not sure about the other half of your question...
