The placement looks not bad, but the Referral button looks fancier than your logo.

It might help you get more clicks if people think it's your logo, so no, I wouldn't take it off.

I'm not sure about your second question. However, there are a few AdSense experts who should be able to help you out.

hey thanks for your reply,brbri made important changes in my website lately since i installed adsense in each article like this:brbrhttp://www.vcoders.com/mn/art.php?id...=pctipsbrbrand today i worked about 7 hours to change my 700 direct links files to this:brbrhttp://www.vcoders.com/mn/download.p...t.wmvbrbrsince i finished the first step my income increase about 2 times.brbri m expecting more with the download changes i made.brbrbut i m wondering if the placement in the download page is against the tos or something.brbr
