where is your traffic coming from? You don't have any ranking and your backlinks are less than 10.

How long has this dropped for?

It may just be a case of a change in AdWords bids or yoursite couldshowing different ad's due to a change in content.

Do public service ads count as clicks?
If so, you may have public service ads showing in some places on your site.

I believe that they count as clicks, but you don't make anything on them, which may explainDismay's problem. A lot ofvisitors may be clicking on those Public Service ads. That is one way that there'd be many clicks, but small revenue.

Smart Pricing? But 2 cents per click sounds toooooo bad an avg. You may try to block the MFA ads. Blacklist the MFAs with this tool:
http://www.adsblacklist.com/

Hope this helps!

i have a question for you , see if i have given space for 4 ads to be displayed already the google algorithm places the 4 best paying ads their for the category. if i filter one out of that list then they should replace the ad space with the next high payin g ad but that should be less than the replaced ad. is it not. pls explain
