I just started AdSense on my new site, (I still need to build a reader base) but on average how long does it take to reach that 100$ Mark.

depends on 4 things:
1. how much traffic you get
2. and how many of those people click the ads

3. whether paying ads or shown (rather than PSAs)
4. how much those advertisers pay

If you're starting from scratch, and if you're actively promoting your site, I would think you could reach the $100 mark within 6 months.

I want Google Adsense but I dont have a tax id.

If you don't have a tax id, you can use your SSN (social security number) if you're a U.S. citizen.

Legal ways, make less then 16,000$ a year. Start your own business and spend it for business use. Invest in some types of retirement funds. Give it to Charity. But these are probibly not what you are looking for.

Pay taxes. Support your country. It's only a percentage. If you pay $100 in taxes, you're making a lot more than that anyway.

r u tring 2 build such a website just for earning $$$?! $100 is damn easy if you build a better website, not just 1% content + 101% ads!
