MAKE SURE TO READ EACH AND EVERY WORD AND SENTENCE-

The thing about adsense is it bans you all of a sudden without anything.And the thing is they will ban you when you are due for payment,Even if its not your fault,They just dont listen they always come up with an email that thank you for understanding regards your banned,And all the hard work youve put in all in vain in a matter or seconds.And just beg them & keep sending them mails requesting them to take you back in but i never did that.Its not worth it, theyre just taking wrong advantage of there dominance over the web.And over that its a ban for lifetime you cant get back in.I have seen google it self making so many mistakes so many times but its never publisized as it contributes to negative publicity i reckon even my post will be deleted by the moderator soon as this is adsense discussion forum but google needs to get some things straight.

Its terms & conditions.They want you not to persuade people to click.Thats acceptable but what can be done if the people r clicking by themselves.Some days you get lots of traffic & some days r dry that as well they consider itvoilation of terms as they want a steady flow of traffic everyday they have a criteria of impressions to clicks if its disproportionate they will ban you.If the same person clicks on your ads they will ban you.If youre getting excessive traffic at certain times of the day they will ban you.My competitor was smart he came to my site every day i think he had more than 10 ips & clicked on the same ads on a daily basis more than 50 times & with the other clicks his clicks got mixed.So how do you know whats going on but google notices that & if this happens to you theyll ban you as well.

This is funny i mean any one can get any site banned from google simple trick go to that site everyday click on the same ad like 10 times every hour there you go that site will be banned within days has anyone here given that a thought might be scary but thats what has happened to so many people out there.But google will still ban you they just dont care they wouldnt listen.

Most of the essential stuff which webmasters r suppose to know theyve kept secret.No one knows the procedures.And being in oblivion if you do something which you think is right might be wrong according to them and they will ban you.

Being a 2 billion firm they dont even have a customer care on voice they only have an email customer care & ull be replied within 24 hours.Thats stupid as being such a big firm they dont realize one thing certain problems cant be solved in writing it needs to be verbally communicated.

Thats why the poor publishers just keep emailing them & they wouldnt reply thats the reason why i think they dont have a customer care.As they can practice there power on anyone & they wouldnt have to listen to the same person again as emails can easily be blocked.

And they update there tos frequently so well make sure you read it on a daily basis you never know there might be a new term and you might be violating it.

And you ask them to show you the proof and theyll just tell you its all confidential they cant share it.Well it means they can do it to anyone they want to without even a solid proof.

They have a term by the way that they can terminate your account at any time without prior notice without any specific reason & theyre very much practising it to there advantage.

Adsense should realize this one thing without publishers its nothing its 635 million dollars a year revenue would be lost if all the publishers quit adsense.

Since its the publishers thats earning adsense the money not the advertisers themselves it should be more concerned with them as well but since they have millions around the world they just dont care.

Its an old hire & fire policy which needs to be looked after they need to be more professional here but i think they arnt that professional after all.

And yeh for those who've clicked on the ads by mistake ull be banned as well even if you clicked once by mistake.Its a strict policy theyve got theyll just kick you out in a sweet manner with a nice mail mentioning thank you for understanding have a nice day adsense team lol.

I know most of the people here would disagree with me but guys beware iam telling you,who knows you might be on that ban list next as google has a reputation to ban anyone & everyone.

Big firms who've been with adsense for more than 5 years have been banned as well making over 400000 year & all there money due has been forfeited.With no solid explaination as to why.It always mentions you have generated invalid clicks on your account your account has been banned.The reasons r not limited to clicking on your own ads,getting others to click automated programs.

Well if those arnt the reasons than whats the real reason & theyll reply with we can share that info as thats confidential have a nice day adsense team.

So well my final advice to all the guys using adsense as iam the one who lost more than 10000 dollars worth a payment from them.

Well it's obvious you're a bit pissed off with Google. I'd imagine you would be. However, do you really think you're going to get into their good-books again by making a rational post, with some pretty obviously made up facts, and some pretty obvious trash?
For example,

Every visitor who comes to your site has to be persuaded to go - all your visitors don't just think "oh, lets just type this random URL and read the content".

IF YOU DONT GET CLICKS OR LOW CLICKS THEY WILL BAN YOU ANYWAYS FOR NOT LIVING UP TO THE EXPECTED RATE.

This is complete crap. I was in the adsense program for a very long time earning a few dollars a month, and I didn't get banned.

This is obviously nonsense. There's many factors that could increase your traffic.
For example, if your site get frontpage on digg, or on slashdot, then you'll get a huge increase in traffic. Just about off the scale. AdSense don't ban everyone who gets frontpage links on Digg or Slashdot.

There are many people who make a living from AdSense. Just like any job, it has certain insecurities. However, as long as you stick to your employers policies, you won't be fired. However, just like any job, if you start breaking rules, you will be punished.

How did you work this out? You don't get banned if someone clicks your links, and you certainly won't be banned if no one clicks your links.

This would be bringing attention to the fact that the ads are there, and would be bringing undue attention to your AdSense ads, and is therefore not recommended, as this would be a breach of contract. You are not allowed to refer to the ads on your page as anything other than "sponsored links" or "advertisements", and you are not allowed to bring undue attention to the ads, as stated in the program policies.

This is not a major point. They do not expect most visitors to be from all over the world. For example, many country specific websites run AdSense.
Also, most websites are in English, so that kind of narrows potential visitor locations down to 4 or 5 countries. If your website is in a language like Chinese, I highly doubt you'll be getting much worldwide traffic.
So they can't expect people's visitors to be from lots of different countries. This point is trash.

Errr, no they won't.
The AdSense team aren't stupid. They can check where your visitors come from. If they come from a forum, they will probably know.
And your reason is complete nonsense. You seem to be under the impression that if you get a dip in clicks or impressions they'll ban you....does anyone else agree that this is one of the most pathetic excuses anyone has come up with to explain being banned from Google?

I don't understand what you're trying to say...
Google doesn't care whether your traffic comes from search engines or not.
UPDATE: I think I do understand now. Any link is good for a website [as long as it's not from a banned site, which would probably not affect you adversly, but it woudn't be to your advantage], because it would help you to rank higher in the search engines and increase traffic. However, there are other factors involved in Search Engine Optimisation.
But saying that all links are useless, unless they're on the front page, is complete nonsense.

So how can you know this 'confidential crap' *cough* I mean 'confidential tips' are true?


And if all these things are what you've done, you've broken a few AdSense policies along the way, so I don't see why you're complaining. There is at least three things in your list of things to do that are against policies:

TELL YOUR TRAFFIC NOT TO CLICK TOO MUCH OR THEYLL BAN YOU LOL

TELL YOUR TRAFFIC NOT TO MAKE MAJOR CLICKS ON THE SAME PAGE OTHERWISE THEYLL BAN YOU

TELL YOUR TRAFFIC NOT TO GENERATE HIGH AMOUNT OF CLICKS AT CERTAIN DAYS OR TIMES OR THEYLL BAN YOU.

All of these are bringing undue attention to the Google Ads, and since this is against the Program Policies, it's not their fault if you decide to break them.

And half the other stuff, in my opinion, comes under the category "Complete Crap".

I believe that Sunnyaros wrote this post while in an extreme state of frustration, and when one is in the throes of that kind of heightened emotional state, facts go out the window. I am sure that when Sunnyaros calms down, he will realize that some of the things that were said were a bit over the top. Of course, I would be extremely upset if I lost the kind of money that he has, but even in anger, one still has to seperate fact from fiction, or reality from perception. I have gone several months without making a cent, yet I have not been banned. I have had oneday where I made what for me was a decent sum of money followed by another day where I made nothing, and yet, I am still with Adsense.

What I am trying to say is that right now, Sunnyaros is not about listening to reason; this is way too fresh in his mind. Perhaps in a few days or weeks...

sunnyaros' point is that google banned him because of traffic's behaviour, which is not in his control, and thus not fair. I recently removed adsense from one of my sites as some moron keeps clicking on the ads (there is only ONE pageload but 10 or so clicks on the ads) and it used to happen 4-5 times a week. Since I have very little traffic, I can see these kind of things but for higher traffic sites, this kind of thing might not be easy to detect.
