How is it possible I got one day 26$ and the other only 12?!

Hey friends!

I run two sites-
Two days ago I got 26$ from clicks, and yesterday I made only 12$. How is this possible that I have such a drop in one day?

Today I have only 6$ but the day is only starting..

Do you have an explanation?

Maybe you had better content yesterday, and more people visited.

The content wasn't better any day.. I keep all the 'old' stuff for people who didn't yet read it, and I add new stuff 2-3 times a week..

number of visitors on the 26$ was 2039

on the 12$ I got 1928 visits..

That's not much of a difference..

Can there be any other reason..?

That's the only shitty thing about Adsense. Nothing is ever permanent and its always unsteady, at least for me! The past week I managed $30-40 a day... then dropped right down to $8. Things like this happen. But when you make a good amount, be thankful!

I made $69 two days ago and yesterday made $35. You never know what each day is going to bring. I tend to look at my adsense revenue from a monthly standpoint, in which it's about $45 per day.

It would be like using the analogy of having a "really great day" in one's personal life, followed by a really poor day.

But to answer your question, I find weekdays tend to be much slower than Saturday and Sunday. There are so many other factors too.

it depends on the bid of ads. so even if you get same number of clicks everyday you might not earn the same amount.
there is good adsense days and bad adsense days. lol.

Hey Guys thanks for your replies.. I was in France and didn't have a chance to thank you.

I was surprised to see that 3 of my sites PR went up from 0 to 4 and on one of them went up to 3.

And surprisingly, maybe its only a coinsidence, but my earning went up, and I didn't get 1000 clicks.. just the normal amount.. could it be possible that because the higer PR the earnings went up?

Is there a connection do you thing or it's just because of good content attracts good paying ads or something like that..?

I know it's so weird.. but any ways, we are making this money for free kind of (or not kind of) so we shouldn't really complain.. (look who's talking..)

But I know how it makes me mad when I don't earn any thing.

Yesterday I had over 1300 page reviews and I got 2 clicks- 0.02$

now, that is something that never happend to me before. only in my bad bad days at the beginning..

At this came at a time that I was making over 10$ a day constantly..

Its really weird but that's how it works I guess..
