Dear Googlians,BRThanks for a wonderful forum.

I would like to know- I am owning a website with adsense account, andif am started a blog, is it possible to place ad (on blog)with that sameaccount which created for my website.

Yes, as long as your additional site(s) meet the provisions of the AdSense Terms of Service and Program Policies.

Yes. you can put as much as you want into different sites or blogs with same adsense account.
What is not allowed is to put google adsense and other adsense from other advertiser, in this case you will be kicked out the program.

Just be aware that its a bit more complicated to put Adsense on a blog than on a website since most blogs are php based. You'll have to fiddle with some templates.
