Did RRS relate with Backlink?

i just want to ask a question that does rrs feed mean increase backlink?

mean more traffic?

last few week my site with 700 impress 10 click can get $2

but now i got 1k impress with 20 click...but the profit drop to $ 1..

any reason??

before that, there are one ad per page, now i add to 3 ad per page?

will this effect the revenue?
