Adwords ---- please help...

Hello, I have a bmw forum...I want to use google adwords to promote my forum. but when I created New Campaign...I got a problem.

this is my campaign :

Join BMW-Forums.net
Join and discuss BMW cars
with other BMW enthusiast.
www.bmw-forums.net

I couldn't use this campaign "Trademarked Term [ ?]
Due to trademark reasons, we do not allow advertisers to use 'bmw' in their Google AdWords ads. This term may be trademarked either for a certain product or service category and may apply only in certain countries."

but I see on google search engine :

I see "bmw" used on this campaign.

so, what do i have to do??

Maybe they didn't get caught, or maybe it's the way they spelled it--Bmw as opposed to BMW. By the way, I think that you first need to tackle the deceptive Adsense ads, or you'll find yourself banned from Adsense. Others have advised you of this, but it appears that you have not heeded the advice.

I have a problem with my google adwords. I started to use it, sended money, my ad was running for one day, but after then I changed from basic to advance version (I am a hungarian person), and made some changes. The ad is not running from this time. Everything says it is running, but is not. I send a mail through contact, some wrote me back in 1 day, that I need to write a space after "." I logged in and there was a red part telling me, my ad is now not running until I make the changes. I made them and wrote back an e-mail. The red part was away, ad still not running... That was 2 weeks ago, I wrote 6-7 times through to contact part and a few e-mail through direct e-mail to the address from where I got the e-mail from hungarian adwords team. No reaction!
Everything is telling me in system, it is running. It is not!
I have money there.
Maybe it is my fault, that it is not running, ok, no problem, if somebody tells me what is wrong, but nobody tells me about it! I am writing every day a letter and nothing is going on, no answer.
I am very sad about it. When I was started the AdWords account, I was thinking: wooooow.
But now I am thinking others

Please, give me ideas what I should now do?
Start a new account and get lost of my money pre-paid or what? I am a business man, I would like to use this possibility of adwords, but if I can not...
