ebay premade sites for sale

hi everyone!great forum.been reading for about a month or so.Great people and info.ok.....here it is.I have seen ready made websites for sale on ebay with 5 diffrent revenue streams. adsense,amazon,revenue pilot,search feed,clickbank, + affiliate banners from amazon and commission junction.plus they have rss and are seo.it seems like that they have taken alot of the work out of it for you.before you all crucify me, what is wrong with buying one of these niche sites and getting into the game?for someone who does not have the technical ability to make thier own website and everything is already made for you, why not? is it the duplicate content penalty?I already know that some people on there make websites and sell duplicates,which you will waste your money on because alot of other people bought them and they all will be screwed.what if it isan already established website making money? or a real niche site that will not be duplicated? thanks all,and have at me!(but please don't be too hard on me, as I want to get into this game and would like your help and support.) thanks!
