When do Google Penalize for Adsense

Hello,
Just tell me what are the reasons due to which Google Penalizes a Website.
Does the headings Ads by Google or Advertise on Google make any difference if we hide them.

Adsense dont affect your website, you wont get penalised for having their adverts up - just ensure you activate the adult feature.

Not sure what you mean by Penalize, but if you're getting *very* high "#Cicks per #Impressions" AdSense will think you're using machines and or some other illegal way of clicking your ads - at least, that's what happens in other ad networks.

Usually, you just get paid less and less for your ad space.

Another way to get penalized or banned, is clicking on your own ads.

Hiding "Ads by Google" is not allowed. Hiding the fact that the ads are ads is not allowed.

There's a more detailed, direct advice in the full User agreement, but i'm too lazy to wade through all that text (again...) and pick out the actual sentence.
