Do ad links pay less than ad boxes?
I've been putting adlinks 728x15 at the top of my pages and was wondering if anyone knows if they pay less than standard 728x90 ad boxes?brbrI could test this over time, but thought I'd ask the experts here first.brbrThanks.brbr-Robbrbrbr

I've found that yes, they pay less in terms of eCPM. The amount per click might be higher, depending on the ads. Still, I'm sure there are exceptions, as I have heard a few good things about them.

They pay a lot lesser! Consider ad linksa s secondary, in addition to your real ads. The good thing about them is that they dont count as an ad displayed on a page, there by cost per click of your main ads doesnt get affetced!brbrTo make more clear, if you have 2 ad banner, the avg. rate per click will be less than just one banner. But having 1 banner+ 1link unit is same as having one banner alsone, as far as the cost per click is concerned, and adds a little to the bottom line.brbrHope its clear.br

If you put three of them one on another (so each under or on top of it's "neighbour"), you'll get a lot more than from two banner-ads.
795*45=35775 468*60*2=28080*2 So it worths it. It's a lot more beautiful, etc. etc. This ain't yadda. I've tried this on my blog. |

To work they need to be put as a menu:
either just below your header or your navigation bar if you're using 728x15 either at the top of your left or right column if you're using the square ones, in that case go for the wider one, from memory it'd be the 160x90 one. |
