Adsense fraud clicks

I found someone click my adwords by some softwares, I noticed that my adwords (keyword for watch) had clicked about 500 times which reach my daily budget. i found this by checking my site status, all clicks are come from the same publisher, also the referal links are not normall web url, but :BR"[url=http://pagead2.googlesyndication.com/pagead/ads?client=ca-pub-6219811747049371"http://pagead2.googlesyndication.com/pagead/ads?client=ca-pub-6219811747049371(i removed the site address from this long url)

Do any of you found out that too?

I got the result from then just now, they said, it's legal. I am not sure if legal or not. But i can not believe that 500 clicks happened in 1 day, no click from this site before or after that day.

Google will refund you if you can prove these clicks are fraudulent in nature.

There are a few click fraud detective services (Clicklab, clickdetectives, WhosClickingWho) available on the Internet. They will detect invalid clicks for you.
