how to hide "advertise on this site"?

I noticed some adsense ad without "advertise on this site", just "Ads by Google", how to hidden the "advertise on this site"?

Login to your google account,

Click on "My Account" and go to "Onsite Advertiser Sign-Up".

If you opt-out, you won't see the advertiser sign-up text.

Not sure. Perhaps it take a little while? If it doesn't stop in a day or two, I think you should contact google

For me it is better not to have it since it makes ad blending even more difficult and has a direct effect on my CTR. Perhas it depends on your site, but for most I'd say this textline has either no effect or a bad effect on CTR.
