New to Adsense... any suggestions for my site?

Hello all. I am new to this game called Adsense. I put up a content site at www.credit-card-merchant.info. If anyone wants to check it out, suggestions and comments are welcome! Thanks!

I am also new to the Marketing game. Any suggestions (other than the normal ppc, article submission, etc.) on how to drive targeted traffic on a small budget?

I can see that you have created site just to earn with Google and which is not wrong.

To get traffic you can do the following::

1. Google Adwords
2. Join other forums and put your link/banner in your signature.
3. Submit your site to various search engines. (first put appropriate keywords in your meta tag)
4. Submit your site to directories.
5. Word of mouth.

But point no 2. works really well.

Also, don't forget about the groups. However, an advice, don't just go to forums and groups and ask how my site is looking?Most definetly you would get banned.If you gonna do it, there are sections for feedbacks and sugestions, do it there.

just make sure your site worth for some kind of people and make a few friends of those people and you can do the rest.

If you did it well, you'll have more traffic by the day. only if your site is useful to them too.

I say if you have a forum, you can make one of them a mod and they will help you much more.

I think your site doesn't look inviting at all, it looks too much like a cookie-cutter. You should spend more time in the design of your landing page, so visitors will hang around longer. Put yourself in the visitor's shoes, will you explore further in a site like that? Yes it's fine, but there's nothing really interesting about it, because the articles can be found in two thousands other places and the graphic design doesn't exist.
But you should really add a link unit from adsense, and you could add another ad unit, because you have up to three ad units allowed on a page.
