Secure Experss Delivery

I'm on my way to earn my first $100. Google will charge around $30 for secure express delivery. I want to know whether:

1. Google will send me a check of $70 after I earn $100 (100-30).

or

2. Google will send me a check of $100 after I earn $130 (130-30).

Please let me know.

I got my cheque in less than a week, without express delivery...

Well the thing is -- local mail service is not reliable for me. Sometimes I don't get stuff people send me.

So how much will I get?

Why must wasting time? Take the Standard Delivery if you feel it was safe for your check. But if you feel it's full of risk then take the Secured Delivery. Anyway, don't wait till your earnings reach $130.
Google may bann your account anytime....

if my earning is more than USD130 i will get banned? what a thought....in that case i should not continue my google adsense account then.
