Can anyone answer this Puhleez!

First timer. I was wondering if you can track the url's of the impressions or clicks. I have had 522 impressions and 6 clicks. It has been up for about five days. How would you score those results. Your help will be greatly appreciated.

Hey, welcome to AdSense.

The easiest way is to setup Custom or URL channels to see where your ads came from.

Check google's site.

When you prepare the code for the ad, you can choose a channel.URL channels are not encoded inside the ads, but you have to create them too. It's all done in the google adsense site.

Hi Ron....thanks for your reply but I guess when you are 81 years young that the absorption rate isn't as good as it used to be. I haven't a clue as what you replied. I don't remember writing any code into the original ad other than listing the url of my website along with description, etc. I looked everywhere on my campaign but no luck.

Hey,

A-ha, now I see that I was wrong from the beginning - you are talking about AdWords, right? And not AdSense. I (for some reason) thought it was AdSense ads.

Sorry. I'm not an Adwords expert, I don't know how to do what you want.

You should go to your adsense account and find the channel at adsense setup tab!

Peace

Channels are the key to AdSense. Find out what URL's are working and where your clicks are coming from. Then go to those pages and build more pages just like it with related content. Dig deeper and deeper until you figure whats working.

Track and test. Track and Test!
