Does This Guy Owns Adsense?

Hi all

I see this site on the web (http://www.masternewmedia.org/rss/top55/). As you can see, it has massive adsense text. and it is all over the web site. I have been following this site for few months now as it has some useful content. However, as it is against the TOS to change the adsense code. Why this site has not been banned or warned about the size of the adsense text. It has been displaying the ads for few months now. If it is ok to do so, how can i do it. But I am confident that it is against adsense policies.

He might be a 'premium publisher' that is given special permission from Google.

Or maybe he IS going against the TOS, but google haven't fount out yet... But they will eventually and they will ban him if that's the case.

Yes, it's against google TOS, i.e. not to change the code by ownself.

Google may warn or ban him once it notices this.

but why u worry about this site? Concentrate on ur own site in the right perspective manner. find useful tutorials. don't go over such sites. be creative.

btw, wht is ur site?
